Cancellations made within the 48-hour window may be subject to a nominal administrative fee to cover allocated resources.

Our standard service area covers all major metropolitan suburbs within a 30km radius of the city center. If your location falls outside this primary zone, we can still accommodate you. Please reach out to our team to discuss potential arrangements and any applicable travel surcharges.

To provide maximum flexibility, all standard multi-session packages remain valid for a full 3months from the date of purchase. Special promotional bundles or seasonal offers may carry specific, shorter expiry dates, which will be clearly outlined at the time of your transaction.
