These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and L2licence, concerning your access to and use of our driving instruction services in Coburg, Brunswick, and Prestons. By booking a lesson or accessing our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights
L2licence provides professional driving instruction for learner drivers. Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the service for the sole purpose of scheduling and receiving driving instruction.
- You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the violation of any traffic laws or safety regulations during the course of instruction.
- You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing any proprietary instructional materials or curriculum provided by L2licence without our express written consent.
- You must not engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to book lessons or scrape data from our scheduling platform.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The driving instruction services provided by L2licence are offered on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality training, we do not guarantee that any student will pass their driving test or obtain a license. To the fullest extent permitted by law, L2licence disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any incidents occurring during practical driving lessons.
4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information
These terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within that jurisdiction.
L2licence reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the 'Effective Date' of these terms. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
